Our Building
Rental And Use
Our Conference Room, Classrooms, Gym, Fellowship Hall, Kitchen and Outdoor Pavillion are all available for both members of our church, and for others who need a place to hold their next meeting or event.
Procedure to request the use of Church Facilities:
Persons who wish to use the Church's facilities must fill out a request form. Approval for use is subject to the Church Calendar of events and must be approved through the Church office and the Board of Trustees. You may obtain a copy of the request form by stopping in the Church office or you can print it out now by clicking the link at the bottom of this page.
A refundable deposit is required for the building key. The key can be obtained at the Church office and should be immediately returned after use. If you will be requiring the use of our sound system, there is an extra fee to have one our sound technicians at your event.
Responsibilities:
1) The Church will not be held liable for injury to any spectator(s) or person(s) participating in
any event.
2) All persons MUST be out of the building by 10:00PM.
3) Any damage to the church property will be the responsibility of the users and will be
restored to original condition
4) All trash shall be properly disposed.
5) All doors are to be locked upon leaving the building
6) All lights are to be turned off (including restroom lights)
7) Use of the property shall be limited to the specific areas requested.
8) Children are not to be left unsupervised in any area of the building
9) No smoking or alcohol is allowed on Church property.
10) All tables are to be returned to the stalls provided.

Kitchen & Appliances

There is No Charge for members if only using
the refridgerator, counters and sink.

Fellowship Hall
Church Members
$60 for a full day (Over 4 hours)
$40 for a half day(Less than 4 hours)
Non Members
$125 + $50 deposit
The $50 deposit will be returned on the condition that the Hall is cleaned and returned to the original set up. Set up and take down is the responsiblilty of the user or event organizer.
Sound Tech - A $50.00 cash fee is to be paid directly to the person running sound for you on the day of the event. This person must be scheduled in advance. For Church members the fee is $40.00 for the Sound Tech.
